Sales Development Representative supporting Teltonika's network solutions team in Brazil. Responsible for qualifying leads and conducting market research for business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Understand customer needs and identify the best networking solutions in partnership with the Sales Consultants
Schedule qualified meetings and hand over opportunities to the sales team
Maintain and update all interactions and pipeline information in the CRM system
Support the sales team with basic commercial information and pre-sales coordination
Participate in events, exhibitions, and meetings to represent Teltonika and its Networks solutions
Requirements
Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written)
Intermediate English (B1+) is a strong plus
Previous experience in SDR, Inside Sales, or B2B sales (Junior or Pleno level)
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
Interest in technology and networking products (routers, connectivity, IoT, industrial solutions)
Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Organized, goal-oriented, and resilient profile
Motivation to grow in B2B sales and develop a long-term career in technology sales
