Responsibilities
You actively contribute to the design, organization and facilitation of our internal network and development program
You further develop performance and feedback processes to strengthen a sustainable performance and feedback culture
You plan and oversee our upcoming leadership development program — including content design and coordination of external partners
You design, conduct and analyze employee surveys to generate valuable insights for organizational development
You facilitate workshops and meetings on personnel development
You develop concepts for talent and succession planning in close coordination with HR and management
You manage training operations — from planning and organization to coordinating internal and external training measures
Requirements
A completed degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in personnel development or in related projects
Enthusiasm for advancing modern HR topics and implementing innovative ideas in practice
Strong communication skills, a confident presence, and experience working with various management levels
Creativity, a structured working style, and the ability to combine conceptual thinking with pragmatic implementation
Willingness to travel within Germany
