Responsibilities
Act as HR Business Partner for various departments
Support and shape the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding and development to offboarding
Support strategic focus areas through data analyses
Design, implement and develop HR concepts in performance management and goal setting
Actively support change management and strengthen teams
Collaborate on cross-site HR projects and promote cooperation
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in a generalist HR role or as an HR Business Partner
Solid knowledge of employment law and HR processes
Strong communication and consulting skills, with a keen understanding of people
Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for strategic projects
Passion for modern HR topics such as HR analytics and performance management
