About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as HR Business Partner for various departments
  • Support and shape the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding and development to offboarding
  • Support strategic focus areas through data analyses
  • Design, implement and develop HR concepts in performance management and goal setting
  • Actively support change management and strengthen teams
  • Collaborate on cross-site HR projects and promote cooperation

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in a generalist HR role or as an HR Business Partner
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and HR processes
  • Strong communication and consulting skills, with a keen understanding of people
  • Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for strategic projects
  • Passion for modern HR topics such as HR analytics and performance management
