About the role

  • Employee Relations Advisor role supporting positive, compliant UK employee experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide practical, compliant guidance to managers on employee relations matters
  • Manage a varied ER caseload for our Bumble Tech function
  • Apply and interpret company policies and employment legislation
  • Record and manage cases accurately using our ER case management system
  • Use ER case data to spot recurring themes and potential risks
  • Partner closely with the Senior ER Advisor and Legal for decision-making
  • Support compliance-related activity connected to right-to-work and visa processes
  • Act as frontline support for employees and managers on queries
  • Take accurate notes that capture the salient points of ER meetings
  • Coach and support managers through performance related issues

Requirements

  • Typically requires 2+ years of experience
  • Hands-on experience supporting employee relations casework
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law
  • Experience using an ER or HR case management system
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidentiality and professionalism are essential
  • An inclusive, people-first approach
  • Familiarity with HR systems, documentation tools, and emerging AI-enabled workflows
  • Experience in a global organization is welcome
