About the role

  • Manage open job vacancies and register them using the Holmes system;
  • Provide support to managers and employees regarding HR-related inquiries;
  • Support processes for monitoring employee movements;
  • Assist in gathering data from managers for vacancy approvals;
  • Support internal promotion processes and eligibility assessments;
  • Consolidate the results of exit interviews;

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Preferred: currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources Management;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills;
  • Advantage: prior experience performing administrative tasks in Human Resources.
