About the role

  • Intern in HR Management at BMW Group providing support in various HR functions and data analysis. Engaging in team collaboration and enhancing personal development processes.

Responsibilities

  • Diverse responsibilities across human resources.
  • Opportunity to deepen your knowledge in all facets of HR.
  • Preparation and development of evaluations and statistics for various HR metrics, as well as data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaboration in advising internal clients and close cooperation with specialist departments.
  • Support in conducting personnel selection and recruitment processes.
  • Support and administrative implementation of all tasks related to personnel development.
  • Organization and facilitation of meetings and workshops.
  • Support the team in day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at a university/college in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Ideally, you already have initial work experience in the HR field.
  • Very good IT and MS Office skills (especially Excel, Power BI).
  • You are creative, committed, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills, independence, and initiative.
  • You make a positive impression with a friendly demeanor.
