Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Build and run creative campaigns across social, content, email, SEO, partnerships, GEO - driving inbound discovery and organic demand.**
Spot cultural moments, product insights, and user stories that make Blink stand out then turn them into high-performing content.**
Repurpose product learnings into messaging that improves acquisition and activation.**
Support landing page optimisation with sharper narratives, CRO input, and collaboration with design + product marketing.**
Use analytics tools (GA4, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mixpanel) to evaluate channels, experiments, funnel performance and rapidly put those data driven insights to work**
Partner with Sales to ensure top-of-funnel interest turns into quality PQLs and real opportunities.**
Contribute to playbooks and nurture journeys that help users progress through self-serve and sales-assisted paths.**
Work with the Growth squad to improve onboarding, in-product prompts and “aha moments.”**
Experiment your way into higher trial engagement, better activation, and stronger early retention.
Requirements
Who You Are
3–5 years in growth, digital, or PLG marketing (ideally SaaS).**
Creative storyteller with strong instincts for campaigns, content, and narrative.**
Comfortable in data, funnel metrics, and fast experimentation.**
Collaborative, curious, and excited to build growth motions from the ground up.**
Bias for action — you love momentum and you love results! **
