Responsibilities
Own your own territory to generate new Service Agreements in the commercial, industrial and institutional markets.
Engage and work with potential clients to evaluate the current Total Cost of owning and operating their facility assets.
Identify, qualify and close opportunities for operational and process improvements.
Utilize training provided through Black & McDonald’s proven proactive sales strategy.
Manage your Sales Funnel efficiently and have an entrepreneurial approach to growing your territory.
Requirements
Post-Secondary degree or diploma with a major in engineering, business administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-3 years’ experience with demonstrable success in a Business Development role, involving financial sales negotiations.
Proficient in utilizing technology, especially Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce (or related program).
Willing and able to travel across Southwest Ontario.
Valid Ontario G class driver’s license.
