About the role

  • Own your own territory to generate new Service Agreements in the commercial, industrial and institutional markets.
  • Engage and work with potential clients to evaluate the current Total Cost of owning and operating their facility assets.
  • Identify, qualify and close opportunities for operational and process improvements.
  • Utilize training provided through Black & McDonald’s proven proactive sales strategy.
  • Manage your Sales Funnel efficiently and have an entrepreneurial approach to growing your territory.

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary degree or diploma with a major in engineering, business administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years’ experience with demonstrable success in a Business Development role, involving financial sales negotiations.
  • Proficient in utilizing technology, especially Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce (or related program).
  • Willing and able to travel across Southwest Ontario.
  • Valid Ontario G class driver’s license.
