Support and enhance our Customer Experience by delivering excellent customer service via phone and written channels.
Guide customers to make the right ordering decisions and provide clear updates on order status.
No outbound calls — we only handle inbound services.
We have well-established processes and reliable systems. Templates and guidelines are available for everything, so you will always know what to do or have someone nearby who does.
Requirements
Native-level written and spoken German
Strong verbal and written communication skills — you enjoy interacting with customers and collaborating with teams
A dependable team player who is committed to customer satisfaction
Experience in customer service and/or sales is a plus
