Responsibilities
Lead the attraction and acquisition of talent focused on Brand, Merchandise, and Creative teams.

Full cycle recruitment for designated business areas.
Sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidate skills.
Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure clear decision-making.
Managing external/internal postings and maintaining candidate records.
Supporting new employee onboarding.
Requirements
5+ years of recruitment experience in a complex, global environment.
You have built customized recruitment strategies and can work autonomously.
You have strong interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable personality, and a desire and ability to build strong relationships with a customer-service focused mentality.
