Drive customer feedback flow into Arcade
Manage product communications cadence and quality
Execute product releases and build competitive context
Work with product and engineering on customer-ready narratives
Engage with customers through direct conversations and sales calls
Provide guidance and context to sales teams on market and buyer behavior
Apply new AI and marketing tools to enhance work efficiency and quality
Requirements
3–5 years of PMM experience
Clear, tasteful storyteller with strong editorial judgment
Decisive, cross-functional driver
Stay continuously close to customers and competitors
Proactive partner to the field
Ownership of decisions and strategies
