About the role

  • Product Marketing Manager at Arcade responsible for product storytelling and customer engagement across various channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product features into customer narratives and drive marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own how Arcade shows up for buyers, customers, and audiences
  • Drive customer feedback flow into Arcade
  • Manage product communications cadence and quality
  • Execute product releases and build competitive context
  • Work with product and engineering on customer-ready narratives
  • Engage with customers through direct conversations and sales calls
  • Provide guidance and context to sales teams on market and buyer behavior
  • Apply new AI and marketing tools to enhance work efficiency and quality

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of PMM experience
  • Clear, tasteful storyteller with strong editorial judgment
  • Decisive, cross-functional driver
  • Stay continuously close to customers and competitors
  • Proactive partner to the field
  • Ownership of decisions and strategies
  • Nice to Have: Experience in fast-paced innovation, building competitive intelligence, hosting customer events, familiarity with AI marketing tools
