Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for Human Resources, Personnel, and Administrative support across assigned organizations
Oversee non-inherently governmental actions and provide guidance on HR and administrative processes
Manage leadership calendars, office battle rhythm, and event synchronization
Support personnel-related task management including reports, feedback, and training actions
Review, edit, and route staff packages for approval prior to submission
Serve as Records Custodian, maintaining file plans
Provide administrative services including reports/briefings, scheduling meetings
Track and update recall rosters and mail distributions
Serve as Travel Clerk for Defense Travel System operations including booking travel
Requirements
Must be a US citizen
Must have and be able to maintain a Secret clearance
High School Diploma
Minimum of 15 years of experience providing human resources support and workforce planning across the organization
Experience with DTS, travel vouchers, and itinerary prep
Experience with oversight of non-inherently governmental actions, providing expert guidance to HR and administrative processes
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in acquisition program/project management and strategic planning preferred
