About the role

  • Align business objectives with employees and management across designated business units.
  • Act as a strategic consultant and employee advocate.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, talent development, and workforce planning.
  • Partner closely with leadership to ensure HR strategies support broader organizational goals, including M&A integration and process optimization.
  • Build strong relationships across teams and influence change.
  • Lead employee relations with fairness, consistency, and empathy.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies.
  • Facilitate manager training programs (e.g., PMP, compensation).
  • Support and drive completion of performance assessments and calibrations.
  • Lead HR efforts in M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.
  • Optimize HR processes for greater efficiency and impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience across core HR disciplines, including compensation, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Proven ability to consult with management and influence outcomes.
  • Experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion.
