Responsibilities
Manage and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients (small and medium-sized companies)
Manage targets and results
Conduct renewal follow-ups
Identify and map new business opportunities
Lead meetings
Interact with internal departments (events and content, finance, sponsorship, etc.)
Participate in events, committees and seminars
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Intermediate English
Experience in customer service and relationship management
Availability to work in a hybrid model – in-office 3x per week
