About the role

  • Customer Success Analyst managing B2B client relationships, ensuring success for various companies. Requires bilingual communication and flexibility for hybrid work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients (small and medium-sized companies)
  • Manage targets and results
  • Conduct renewal follow-ups
  • Identify and map new business opportunities
  • Lead meetings
  • Interact with internal departments (events and content, finance, sponsorship, etc.)
  • Participate in events, committees and seminars

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate English
  • Experience in customer service and relationship management
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model – in-office 3x per week
  • Relationship building with companies
