About the role
- Account Executive transforming prospects into clients at Alan. Managing full sales cycle and driving successful onboarding of new accounts.
Responsibilities
- Guide prospects through every stage of the sales cycle and convert them into committed Alan customers.
- Drive deals and manage relationships with key clients.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through the evaluation process.
- Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts.
- Analyze and present usage reports to customers during business reviews.
- Own cross-sell and up-sell initiatives across our portfolio to address customer needs and pain points.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of our products and services.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing the full sales cycle for an Account Executive role.
- At least 3 years of customer-facing experience for an Account Manager role.
- At least 6 years of customer-facing experience for a Key Account Manager role with frequent interactions with C-level executives.
- Native-level fluency in French (C2+) and advanced proficiency in English.
- Highly organized, structured, and empathetic.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and complex deal management skills.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring-revenue business models.
- Excellent attitude and proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Based in Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz and willing to work in a hybrid setup.
