Responsibilities
Support execution of the global AR strategy in partnership with the Director of Analyst Relations.
Build and maintain relationships with key analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc.).
Coordinate and prepare briefings, inquiries, and executive engagements.
Program-manage major analyst evaluations (e.g., Magic Quadrants, Waves, MarketScapes).
Maintain the analyst research calendar and ensure proactive engagement.
Track coverage, positioning, and sentiment across research reports.
Own AR trackers, dashboards, and reporting metrics.
Synthesize analyst feedback into actionable insights for Product, Marketing, and GTM teams.
Drive internal alignment and post-evaluation learnings to continuously improve performance.
Requirements
4–6+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, or related B2B technology role.
Experience supporting or managing major analyst evaluations.
Strong program management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and executive presence.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
