About the role

  • Partner Account Manager responsible for driving LATAM partnerships and strategy for Aircall. Focusing on relationship management and business development in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with key strategic partners, including software providers and channel partners
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to expand Aircall’s market presence in LATAM
  • Lead and accelerate sales growth by executing business strategies tailored to these markets
  • Provide strategic insights, working closely with the Sales Director
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, BDR, Customer Success, Product, and Tech
  • Represent Aircall at industry events, conferences, and forums
  • Develop a deep understanding of the LATAM SMB market, competitive landscape, and key trends

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to establish and grow presence in a new market
  • Self-starter motivated to succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Naturally curious and passionate about learning and adapting to new markets, technologies, and sales strategies in Latin America (LATAM)
  • Experience with channel and integration partnerships in LATAM is an added advantage
  • Previous experience in the Hubspot, Salesforce or Zendesk ecosystem will be a plus
