About the role

  • Amazon Account Manager managing Amazon Seller Central accounts for clients and optimizing their performance. Fostering growth and developing sustainable advertising strategies for an international clientele.

Responsibilities

  • Operational and strategic management of Amazon Seller Central accounts
  • Support in the management and development of our international client portfolio
  • Analysis of relevant KPIs (e.g., revenue, DB2 (contribution margin), CVRs, CTRs, and more) and derivation of concrete recommendations for action
  • Planning, execution and analysis of promotions (e.g., deals, coupons, price promotions) in coordination with clients
  • Identification of growth opportunities at account and product level
  • Creation and optimization of listings in coordination with internal teams
  • Monitoring account health and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies
  • Management of assortment, availability and inventory planning in close coordination with clients
  • Preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings
  • Close collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Content, Creative, Catalog & Advertising – without own operational ads responsibility)
  • Support in the continuous improvement of internal processes

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in the Amazon environment (agency or seller-side), ideally with PAN-EU expansion experience
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
  • Proven experience with Amazon SEO & Retail Readiness
  • Strong experience with Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Ads)
  • Experience with full-service approaches (consulting, ads, content, strategy) is a plus
  • Ability to analyze Amazon accounts holistically and develop them strategically
  • KPI-driven working style and strong analytical numerical skills
  • Confident in deriving actions from data and reporting
  • Solid MS Office skills
  • Experience with reporting/analysis tools (Helium10, Pacvue, or similar) is beneficial
  • Advanced German and English skills
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Ownership mindset – sense of responsibility and strategic approach for assigned accounts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High service orientation and solution-focused attitude
  • Team player with leadership potential
