About the role

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Create, update, and manage all HR-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with all German labor, social security, and data protection regulations.
- Support the execution of our annual performance reviews.
- Collaborate closely with our Brainsuite Culture Club in organizing company-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in People Operations.
- Solid knowledge of German labor law (Arbeitsrecht).
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, payroll, and local HR systems.
- Hands-on, highly organized, and able to manage multiple operational tasks with attention to detail.
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations.
- Fluent in German and English (C1-level), both written and spoken.
