Take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Create, update, and manage all HR-related documents.
Ensure compliance with all German labor, social security, and data protection regulations.
Support the execution of our annual performance reviews.
Collaborate closely with our Brainsuite Culture Club in organizing company-wide initiatives.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in People Operations.
Solid knowledge of German labor law (Arbeitsrecht).
Strong understanding of HR compliance, payroll, and local HR systems.
Hands-on, highly organized, and able to manage multiple operational tasks with attention to detail.
Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations.
Fluent in German and English (C1-level), both written and spoken.
