About the role

  • Screen and review incoming resumes and contact candidates to schedule interviews
  • Conduct interviews for operational and technology positions
  • Gather recruitment and selection data
  • Support the operational delivery of training sessions
  • Be responsible for internal communication materials
  • Prepare content for initiatives to maintain organizational climate
  • Support campaigns, projects and activities for internal communications (internal events, various celebrations, engagement initiatives)
  • Plan, distribute and analyze internal surveys
  • Support the area’s budget planning
  • Support actions and monitor the development of company culture and organizational climate
  • Support discussions, mapping and updating of improvements for the area
  • Support the planning and implementation of human and organizational development processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in Recruitment and Selection
  • Familiarity with recruitment and selection tools
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Commitment to continuous learning
  • Be proactive and creative
  • Organized
  • Nice-to-haves: Generalist HR experience; Knowledge of People Analytics; Intermediate English; Intermediate Spanish.
