  • Book product demo meetings for the Business Development team
  • Research companies and decision-makers to personalize your outreach
  • Follow up consistently to turn interest into scheduled meetings
  • Qualify leads based on clear criteria before handing them over
  • Keep your pipeline organized and track your performance daily

Requirements

  • You have experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in software, compliance, fintech, identity, or other regulated industries
  • You understand how to sell complex or technical products to business customers
  • You are comfortable reaching out to people who do not know you and starting conversations from scratch
  • You communicate clearly and professionally in either English or Korean
  • You are resilient and stay consistent even when facing rejection
  • You are organized, disciplined, and focused on measurable results
  • You take ownership of your targets and treat your pipeline like your own business
