About the role

  • Customer Service Advisor ensuring effective resolution of customer issues for Southern Water. Achieving KPI targets and delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve customer and client KPI targets in relation to all contacts
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Respond to all contacts from customers via available channels
  • Accurately capture data and enter it on relevant systems

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Telephone and computer literate
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and ownership of customer problems
