About the role

  • Customer Service Representative assisting customers with orders and inquiries at Bron Tapes. Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experiences across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with placing orders
  • Handle inbound phone calls
  • Support company sales goals
  • Order entry and management
  • Inventory management
  • Communicate inventory issues to appropriate personnel
  • Provide order status, product information, account status, pricing, or service to customers
  • Maintain close and effective communication with co-workers in sales, office, and warehouse
  • Creation and maintenance of records relating to customer and vendor transactions
  • Support local and company-wide sales goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service
  • Thrive in fast paced office with ability to multi-task
  • Strong basic math skills for conversion of different units of measure, both metric and imperial
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365; intermediate skills in Excel
  • Experience with NetSuite required
  • Experience with HubSpot desired
  • High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent is required
