Responsibilities
Manage vendors orders and confirm accuracy
Ensure vendor commitments in accuracy and pricing
Prevent any financial deductions
Interact with vendors, customers, and managers
Develop relationships with Costco ICS’s and AB’s
Review ordering of products and audit all forms and orders
Create and submit invoices
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
Three (3) years business process solutions, customer service and/or office administrative experience preferred in manufacturing, costing, pricing, distribution, product line, etc.
Proven food broker experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills
Able to operate computer systems, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Attention to detail and strong problem solving abilities
Ability to type minimum of 60 wpm
