About the role

  • Sales Support Representative managing vendors orders and confirming accuracy for Acosta Group. Engaging with vendors and customers to ensure successful order fulfillment and prevent financial deductions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage vendors orders and confirm accuracy
  • Ensure vendor commitments in accuracy and pricing
  • Prevent any financial deductions
  • Interact with vendors, customers, and managers
  • Develop relationships with Costco ICS’s and AB’s
  • Review ordering of products and audit all forms and orders
  • Create and submit invoices

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Three (3) years business process solutions, customer service and/or office administrative experience preferred in manufacturing, costing, pricing, distribution, product line, etc.
  • Proven food broker experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills
  • Able to operate computer systems, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and strong problem solving abilities
  • Ability to type minimum of 60 wpm
