Responsibilities
Assist candidates with completing and verifying new hire paperwork to meet internal, Medicaid, and regulatory standards
Process and review background checks for compliance
Manage onboarding documentation and maintain electronic records in OnTarget
Schedule and coordinate required training including AIM, CPR/FA, and Core Competency
Liaise between new hires and internal departments for a seamless onboarding experience
Track and update candidate pipelines using applicant and hiring systems
Provide weekly reporting to management on onboarding and hiring metrics
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable multitasking and adapting to changing priorities
Familiar with state and federal hiring practices and labor laws
Passion for service and alignment with Abound Health's mission and core values
Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
3-5 years of human resources or onboarding experience
