About the role
- Staffing Coordinator supporting the onboarding process for new team members at Abound Health. Responsible for managing documentation, compliance checks, and training coordination.
Responsibilities
- Assist candidates with completing and verifying new hire paperwork to meet internal, Medicaid, and regulatory standards
- Process and review background checks for compliance
- Manage onboarding documentation and maintain electronic records in OnTarget
- Schedule and coordinate required training including AIM, CPR/FA, and Core Competency
- Liaise between new hires and internal departments for a seamless onboarding experience
- Track and update candidate pipelines using applicant and hiring systems
- Provide weekly reporting to management on onboarding and hiring metrics
