About the role

  • Staffing Coordinator supporting the onboarding process for new team members at Abound Health. Responsible for managing documentation, compliance checks, and training coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Assist candidates with completing and verifying new hire paperwork to meet internal, Medicaid, and regulatory standards
  • Process and review background checks for compliance
  • Manage onboarding documentation and maintain electronic records in OnTarget
  • Schedule and coordinate required training including AIM, CPR/FA, and Core Competency
  • Liaise between new hires and internal departments for a seamless onboarding experience
  • Track and update candidate pipelines using applicant and hiring systems
  • Provide weekly reporting to management on onboarding and hiring metrics

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable multitasking and adapting to changing priorities
  • Familiar with state and federal hiring practices and labor laws
  • Passion for service and alignment with Abound Health's mission and core values
  • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of human resources or onboarding experience
