About the role
- Support throughout the entire application process, from initial application to hiring.
- Review applications and coordinate interviews.
- Post new job openings on job platforms.
- Assist with sourcing suitable candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Take on initial independent recruiting processes.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Initial experience in recruiting or HR is a plus but not required.
- Reliability and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills – in German and English.
- Ability to work from the Düsseldorf office 1–2 times per week.
