About the role

  • Support Manager People Relations & Development in day-to-day operations including scheduling, preparing presentations and materials, organizing and following up on workshops
  • Coordinate monthly onboarding events
  • Contribute to HR projects such as succession planning and preparation of the People Conference
  • Foster an open, inclusive, and transparent feedback culture and translate insights into development initiatives
  • Apply academic knowledge to improve HR support and development processes and make workflows more efficient
  • Participate in reverse mentoring sessions and support HR team in company-wide transformation projects

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program related to business, social sciences, or HR (e.g., Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management)
  • Ideally initial practical experience in HR (internships or student roles)
  • Available for at least two semesters
  • Work independently in a structured and reliable manner; proactive and open mindset
  • Confident using Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ideally familiar with HR tools like Personio, Workday, or similar
  • Communicate confidently in German and English; conversational German required, business-level German a plus
