About the role

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering incoming HR tickets, maintaining and updating employee records in our HR systems, and ensuring data accuracy
  • Act as a super-user for our core HR system, assisting with data entry, reporting, and process execution
  • Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee questions on HR policies and procedures, escalating complex issues to the appropriate People Partner
  • Assist in ensuring employee policies and local processes comply with relevant EU labor law and regulations, and support general compliance efforts
  • Assist People Partners in the coordination and administration of key HR cycles, such as performance reviews, development initiatives, and annual policy updates
  • Support People Partners in administrative tasks related to employee well-being and engagement initiatives
  • Provide administrative support related to union matters, ensuring documentation is accurate and timelines are met.

Requirements

  • A highly organized and detail-oriented individual with 1-3 years of experience in an HR/People Operations support or administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced, international organization or you’re looking for your first HR job after finishing your degree within this field
  • A solution-oriented individual with a proactive, can-do attitude, eager to learn and support a wide range of HR activities
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • A skilled communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships across different teams and cultures
  • Experience or strong interest in HR systems and data management
  • Adaptable and resilient, comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change
  • A good understanding of, or a keen interest in, labor law and compliance, particularly within the EU
