Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering incoming HR tickets, maintaining and updating employee records in our HR systems, and ensuring data accuracy
Act as a super-user for our core HR system, assisting with data entry, reporting, and process execution
Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee questions on HR policies and procedures, escalating complex issues to the appropriate People Partner
Assist in ensuring employee policies and local processes comply with relevant EU labor law and regulations, and support general compliance efforts
Assist People Partners in the coordination and administration of key HR cycles, such as performance reviews, development initiatives, and annual policy updates
Support People Partners in administrative tasks related to employee well-being and engagement initiatives
Provide administrative support related to union matters, ensuring documentation is accurate and timelines are met.
Requirements
A highly organized and detail-oriented individual with 1-3 years of experience in an HR/People Operations support or administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced, international organization or you’re looking for your first HR job after finishing your degree within this field
A solution-oriented individual with a proactive, can-do attitude, eager to learn and support a wide range of HR activities
Strong administrative and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
A skilled communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships across different teams and cultures
Experience or strong interest in HR systems and data management
Adaptable and resilient, comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change
A good understanding of, or a keen interest in, labor law and compliance, particularly within the EU
