Provides customer service and direct support to address employee, manager, stakeholder’s issues/inquiries that cannot be addressed through self-service and uses independent judgment in making decisions based on established methods and procedures
Supports HR programs and policies including, onboarding, offboarding staffing, compensation, benefits, relocation, visa processing, employee relations and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Acts as a regional resource as part of the APAC People Solutions team
Support and collaborate with HR Business Partners and other Centre of Excellence Teams in ensuring all local HR programs and policies are executed according to Company policies and local regulations
Active participation in HR projects as assigned
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
Concentration in HR related field is preferred
Experience working with HR Systems is required
Experience working in a shared service environment is preferred
Relevant HR certification is preferred
English and Mandarin proficiency is required
Expertise in one or more HR disciplines (recruitment, benefits, compensation, etc.) is a plus
Independent and able to function as a team Player with employee-oriented mindset
Open to working in ambiguous environment and proactive to offer suggestions/ideas
Demonstrates good learning agility and embraces change
Meticulous and attention to detail and delivers high-quality results
