Implementation of employer marketing and employer branding measures to strategically strengthen our employer brand (fixed-term contract for one year)
Planning and execution of internal communication measures and events as part of employer marketing
Preparation and organization of training sessions and internal seminars in the area of talent development, including scheduling
Administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) and support of the talent development team with administrative tasks
Communication with employees and managers and participation in projects
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, office management clerk) or a degree in Psychology, Economics, Business Administration (BWL), or Business Psychology
Ideally, some practical experience in employer branding or talent development
Confident user of common MS Office programs
Structured, careful working style and strong communication skills
