Independent handling of HR development projects
Support in the rollout/implementation of new talent development tools
Contribution to the implementation of talent management processes
Preparation of reports and training evaluations
Participation in day-to-day operational activities and acting as a point of contact for training and development topics
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program focusing on business administration, psychology, adult education, social economics, or a comparable field of study
Prior experience or knowledge in HR development is an advantage
