Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program focusing on business administration, psychology, adult education, social economics, or a comparable field of study
  • Prior experience or knowledge in HR development is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Independent, reliable, and precise working style
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Initiative and flexibility
