About the role

  • Perform data analyses using appropriate techniques and tools to identify meaningful insights on employee performance, engagement, and retention;
  • Partner with HR leaders and other stakeholders, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve people policies, talent management practices, training and development programs, as well as rewards and recognition strategies;
  • Develop reports and executive presentations;
  • Contribute to the development and advancement of the organization's People Analytics strategy;
  • Be responsible for the distribution, monitoring, and calculation of targets for the company's short-term incentive programs;
  • Extract, clean, and manipulate datasets from payroll systems in Excel, producing analyses, management reports, and supporting materials for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel);
  • Power BI;
  • Experience with statistical modeling techniques and predictive analytics;
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, SAS, SPSS, or other relevant tools.
