About the role

  • Support in the design, organization and implementation of training programs and workshops
  • Design and continuous improvement of learning and development offerings
  • Support and administration of the development review process
  • Participation in the rollout and implementation of a new learning management module
  • Support with content development, the testing phase and internal communications

Requirements

  • You are a currently enrolled student in Psychology or a related field
  • Ideally some initial experience in people development or HR (not required)
  • Empathetic and dependable interaction with internal and external stakeholders
  • Independent, structured and reliable working style
  • Above-average organizational skills
  • Confident user of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
