About the role
- Join Craft as an assistant in people analytics, collaborating on HR data insights and projects. Utilize Excel to track and analyze various human resources metrics.
Responsibilities
- Work weekly with area leadership to identify people data reporting needs.
- Manage metrics related to Individual Development Plan (PDI) execution by managers and their reports.
- Compile and analyze results from surveys and assessments: eNPS, Happiness Radar, onboarding, team dynamics, performance evaluations, and other instruments used in the leadership journey.
- Support the compilation and analysis of performance data for merit increases and rewards.
- Assist in maintaining key HR indicators: headcount, turnover, salary history, cost projections, and other metrics.
- Organize and update databases and spreadsheets in Excel.
- Participate in the CoreBIO project for data centralization with the TOTVS system and analytics tool.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in HR or a related field.
- Knowledge of Excel (data analysis).
- Good organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative work style.
