Responsibilities
Work weekly with area leadership to identify people data reporting needs.
Manage metrics related to Individual Development Plan (PDI) execution by managers and their reports.
Compile and analyze results from surveys and assessments: eNPS, Happiness Radar, onboarding, team dynamics, performance evaluations, and other instruments used in the leadership journey.
Support the compilation and analysis of performance data for merit increases and rewards.
Assist in maintaining key HR indicators: headcount, turnover, salary history, cost projections, and other metrics.
Organize and update databases and spreadsheets in Excel.
Participate in the CoreBIO project for data centralization with the TOTVS system and analytics tool.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in HR or a related field.
Knowledge of Excel (data analysis).
Good organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data.
Good communication skills and a collaborative work style.
