About the role

  • Referent Personalentwicklung managing training and development for employees at VINCI Energies ACADEMY. Advising staff and planning tailored training measures to enhance employee skills.

Responsibilities

  • Advising employees and managers on questions related to continuing education and networking.
  • Planning and supporting needs-based, customized training programs for managers and employees across our corporate group.
  • Managing the ACADEMY IT tools and supporting their further development.
  • Evaluating and communicating statistics.
  • Domestic travel (up to 30%).

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Psychology, Work and Organizational Psychology, Business Education, or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in HR or learning and development.
  • Solid knowledge of methodology and didactics for classroom-based and digital learning.
  • Strong communication skills as well as an independent and structured working style.
  • Team orientation and a service-minded attitude.
  • Business-fluent German and good English skills, as well as user-level knowledge of common MS Office programs.
