Werkstudent in People Operations supporting various HR activities and recruiting at Cara Care. Collaborating closely with People and Management Teams to enhance People Processes.
Responsibilities
Support recruiting processes (job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination)
Accompany and help shape the onboarding of new team members
Support People administration tasks (contracts, documentation, HR tools such as Personio, process documentation)
Contribute to team events and internal initiatives to strengthen company culture
Work on employee engagement and feedback initiatives
Assist with People Analytics: reports, KPIs, analyses
Support employer branding projects, e.g., social media content
Requirements
You are enrolled in a degree program such as Psychology, Business Psychology, Business Administration (BWL), Social Sciences, or a comparable field. Ideally you are in the later semesters of your Bachelor’s degree or in a Master’s program
You have some practical experience in the People/HR area or are eager to get to know this field
You work in a structured, independent manner and are not afraid to take initiative
You handle sensitive information carefully and confidentially
You enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly, and have native-level German skills as well as very good English skills
You are confident with digital tools and are keen to digitalize and automate People processes
You live in Berlin or the surrounding area, as occasional presence in the office is required
Availability: 20 hours per week, for at least 12 months
