About the role

  • People & Culture Delivery Manager leading HR workstream for a major employee transfer programme in financial services. Driving TUPE compliance and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the People & Culture workstream end-to-end
  • Develop and drive the detailed delivery plan
  • Manage risks, dependencies and critical milestones
  • Ensure TUPE compliance and best practice throughout
  • Coordinate stakeholders across HR, business leadership and programme teams
  • Hold stakeholders accountable to agreed timelines and deliverables
  • Provide clear reporting, governance updates and escalation management
  • Bring structure, pace and discipline to the programme

Requirements

  • Strong experience leading HR or People workstreams within complex transformation programmes
  • Demonstrable TUPE expertise (essential)
  • Proven ability to 'come in and lead' – confident, decisive and delivery-focused
  • Experience managing simultaneous employee transfers or large-scale organisational change
  • Strong risk management and governance capability
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills – able to challenge, influence and drive action
  • Resilient, pragmatic and comfortable operating in high-pressure environments
