Lead and own the People & Culture workstream end-to-end

Demonstrable TUPE expertise (essential)

Experience managing simultaneous employee transfers or large-scale organisational change
Strong risk management and governance capability
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills – able to challenge, influence and drive action
