About the role

  • Active Sourcing (50%)
  • Fill the candidate pipeline for assignments with numerous strong potentials.
  • Responsibilities: candidate research using LinkedIn Recruiter; management of pipelines and candidate pools in LinkedIn Recruiter and our internal CRM; initial outreach and follow-ups to candidates; reporting and communication with candidate management and project management.
  • Candidate Management (50%)
  • Ensure candidates in our processes and candidate pool feel well taken care of and develop a positive impression of both the placement process and A-LEVEL.
  • Responsibilities: communication with candidates actively participating in the application process; recording and processing candidates’ wishes and needs; preparing, conducting, and evaluating candidate interviews; initiating, creating, and finalizing job offers and contracts with candidates or providing support for our clients in doing so; acting as the communication interface between companies and candidates; referring candidates to the sales team if they drop out of the process but are suitable for another role.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience as a working student in recruiting – you know the processes and have initial practical experience.
  • Strong communication skills & enthusiasm – you enjoy engaging with candidates and can excite them about new opportunities.
  • High empathy & good people insight – you understand what motivates talent and can relate well to others.
  • Structured & independent working style – you organize yourself efficiently and find pragmatic solutions.
  • Results-oriented & persistent – you follow through and remain composed under pressure.
  • Open & outgoing – you love working with people and build relationships quickly.
