About the role

  • Recruiting Manager leading organizations talent acquisition strategy at Base8, a tech consulting firm. Responsible for managing full recruitment lifecycle and mentoring the recruiting team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruiting team
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding coordination)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Manage employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Maintain and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of recruitment experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
