  • Recruiter responsible for engaging in active talent acquisition at OHAWO GmbH. Focus on recruiting professionals and managing applicant communication in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Independent recruitment of specialists and managers
  • Active sourcing on common platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, StepStone)
  • Applicant management: screening, coordination and communication
  • Planning and conducting interviews
  • Participation in daily meetings: prioritization and brief alignments

Requirements

  • Excellent German language skills; Russian is an advantage
  • Structured, independent way of working
  • Confident handling of applicant communication and direct approach
  • Experience with MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Dynamic, proactive personality with a hands-on mentality
  • Degree in business administration, psychology, human resources management, or comparable qualification preferred
  • Initial experience in recruiting, active sourcing, or HR is an advantage but not required
