About the role
- Recruiter managing the complete recruiting process from needs analysis to contract preparation for IT projects. Supporting stakeholders and developing employer branding strategies for a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Abbildung des gesamten Recruiting Prozesses - von der Bedarfsanalyse bis zur Vertragserstellung
- Ansprechpartner für involvierte Stakeholder (Hiring Manager), inkl. Briefing des Fachbereichs
- Erstellung und Optimierung von Stellenanzeigen
- Auswahl geeigneter Recruiting Kanäle inkl. Schaltung der Stellenanzeigen auf relevanten Plattformen
- Screening von Bewerbungsunterlagen und Durchsprache der Kandidaten mit dem Fachbereich unter Einhaltung der KPIs
- Active Sourcing auf geeigneten Plattformen (LinkedIn, Xing)
- Durchführung des Personalauswahlprozesses (Telefoninterviews, Videointerviews, persönliche Vorstellungsgespräche)
- Aufbau eines Talentpools
- Planung und Durchführung von Employer Branding Maßnahmen wie bspw. Karrieremessen
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium bspw. der Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt HR, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Psychologie oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung im Recruiting und Active Sourcing im MINT Bereich
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR Tools (z.B. Workday)
- professionelle Kommunikationsfähigkeit, eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Serviceorientierung
- mindestens verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
