Client Operations Executive supporting the setup and delivery of client campaigns for Giftcloud. Working within a global team to ensure client satisfaction and efficient operations.
About the role
- As TechOps at Northslope, you'll manage our technical infrastructure. Collaborate on security, onboarding, and tool evaluation while working in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
- Own our entire technical infrastructure and systems landscape
- Manage everything from systems access and security tooling to office tech infrastructure and new tool evaluation
- Onboard new hires to all our technical systems
- Coordinate with our compliance vendor on security requirements
- Ensure VPN and other security policies are followed
- Determine our overall tooling/infrastructure strategy
- Evaluate and deploy new tools that make the team more effective
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
- Build automation to eliminate repetitive work
- Juggle multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a high bar for security and user experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical operations experience, ideally at a high-growth startup or fast-paced company
- Entrepreneurial ownership mindset

- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS security and SSO/SAML (preferred but not required)
- Experience managing IT infrastructure for teams with travel requirements (preferred but not required)
