Responsibilities
You translate market and customer requirements in B2B, retail, and Amazon contexts into concrete, actionable solutions
You actively organize and mediate between markets, the brand organization, and operational functions
You lead cross-functional projects from requirements definition through implementation
You support international product launches, packaging changes, and process harmonization
You take on active stakeholder management at all levels, including senior leadership
You ensure transparent decision-making by providing structured analyses and clear communication
You take responsibility for topics that require organizational alignment and assertiveness
You manage and further develop our international go-to-market setup
You take end-to-end responsibility — from concept to operational execution
Requirements
You have initial professional experience in go-to-market, operations, project management, or consulting
Ideally you have worked in an international B2B or retail environment (including Amazon)
You have independently managed and successfully delivered complex, cross-functional projects
You think analytically, in a structured and process-oriented way, and maintain an overview even in high-complexity situations
You are proficient with Excel and produce sound analyses and structured decision materials
You prepare content professionally in PowerPoint and communicate clearly at the management level
You are comfortable working in an international environment and enjoy collaborating across functions
You take ownership and drive topics forward with determination
Consulting experience is a plus
