Responsibilities

  • Own global benefits service delivery and ongoing administration
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and high levels of employee satisfaction
  • Drive automation and digital enablement across global benefits operations
  • Manage relationships with benefits providers and third-party administrators
  • Support audits and prepare required reports
  • Accountable for operational KPIs including SLA adherence and employee satisfaction

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Proven years in benefits operations or HR shared services
  • Proven global benefits administration and vendor management experience
  • Strong compliance and audit background
  • Advanced data and analytics skills; experience with dashboards and performance reporting
  • Experience implementing automation solutions and familiarity with AI-driven tools for process optimisation
  • Familiarity with Workday and third-party benefits platforms (Darwin, Benefex) desirable
