About the role

  • Senior Manager responsible for global lifecycle processes and compensation operations at Equinix. Ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a seamless employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global operational delivery of lifecycle processes including offboarding, internal & international transfers, terminations, reductions in force process execution project management; and compensation operations to include job leveling, pay changes, allowances, bonus processing, reward cycle management
  • Ensure all processes meet standards for accuracy, compliance, timeliness, and exceptional employee experience
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and digital enablement, including the use of robotics and AI to reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency
  • Ensure proper communication channels are available to update the team on knowledge management updates, policy changes and are equipped to support employee queries
  • Ensure global adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls across lifecycle and compensation processes
  • Operationalize legal guidance and support internal and external audits with documentation and accurate reporting
  • Own prioritization of digital and automation use cases across lifecycle and compensation operations, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable improvements in accuracy, cycle time, compliance, and employee experience
  • Manage relationships with compensation, outplacement, and transition vendors to ensure high service levels and aligned delivery

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Proven years in HR operations, lifecycle, or compensation processes
  • Proven experience managing global employee lifecycle & compensation changes and offboarding operations with strong compliance and audit practices
  • Advanced data and analytics skills; experience utilizing and interpreting dashboards and performance reporting
  • Familiarity with Workday and compensation systems desirable
  • Experience implementing automation solutions and familiarity with AI-driven tools for process optimisation
  • Vendor negotiation and stakeholder management experience
