About the role

  • Technical Solutions Specialist providing remote support in technical and diagnostic areas. Focusing on Point of Care/Molecular products and automation with customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate, troubleshoot and manage customer complaints and requests related to chemistry, equipment and software, in accordance with internal procedures and customer requirements
  • Participate in on-call rotations
  • Maintain technical skills, knowledge of company procedures and customer-facing interpersonal skills
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Contribute to process improvements
  • Participate in meetings with subsidiaries, on-site or by conference call

Requirements

  • Qualification as a medical laboratory, biomedical, technical or life sciences technician; experience in customer relationship management or in a medical laboratory is a plus
  • Degree in one of the following disciplines: Chemistry, Biology, Sciences, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering
  • Computer networking skills would be an advantage
  • Willingness to become an expert in new technologies
  • Passion for communication and customer service
  • Fluency in Italian and Spanish
  • English is an asset
