Technical Solutions Specialist providing remote support in technical and diagnostic areas. Focusing on Point of Care/Molecular products and automation with customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Investigate, troubleshoot and manage customer complaints and requests related to chemistry, equipment and software, in accordance with internal procedures and customer requirements
Participate in on-call rotations
Maintain technical skills, knowledge of company procedures and customer-facing interpersonal skills
Work independently and as part of a team
Contribute to process improvements
Participate in meetings with subsidiaries, on-site or by conference call
Requirements
Qualification as a medical laboratory, biomedical, technical or life sciences technician; experience in customer relationship management or in a medical laboratory is a plus
Degree in one of the following disciplines: Chemistry, Biology, Sciences, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering
Computer networking skills would be an advantage
Willingness to become an expert in new technologies
Passion for communication and customer service
Fluency in Italian and Spanish
English is an asset
