About the role
- AI Systems/Solutions Architect responsible for expanding adoption of Flow platform and ensuring technical excellence. Requires advanced English and hybrid presence in Campinas office.
Responsibilities
- Evangelize and expand the Flow platform: Promote the Flow platform to clients, highlighting its value and alignment with strategic needs. Conduct demonstrations, map requirements, and propose improvements through POCs and demos for executive stakeholders.
- Solution architecture and governance: Design solution architectures using Flow, ensuring compliance with technical and security requirements. Define Build vs. Buy strategies and establish governance standards for data protection and regulatory compliance.
- Enterprise integration and modernization: Act as a technical advisor, leading integrations between systems and the Flow platform while co-creating technical solutions with clients. Develop systems for continuous delivery and the integration of new technologies.
- Technical leadership and collaboration: Lead teams in feature development and serve as a technical reference for AI/GenAI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure viable solutions and mentor developers on best practices and architectural trade-offs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a System Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role in enterprise environments.
- Strong Full Stack development background, with expertise in: Python (highly desirable) and familiarity with Pydantic; Java and/or Node.js and/or .NET; front-end with React and/or Next.js.
- Deep knowledge of cloud architectures, with emphasis on Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs, particularly with Node.js.
- Proven track record designing integrated, scalable, and secure systems.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools: IDE assistants, workflow and agent coding, API orchestration, and agentic pipelines.
- Knowledge of AI agent orchestrators and automation frameworks using LLM/GenAI.
- Experience implementing and optimizing algorithms and automation processes using AI techniques.
- Ability to assess technical trade-offs in AI solutions (e.g., “Is LangGraph overkill for this simple task?”).
- Fluent/advanced English for international collaboration and executive presentations.
- Availability to work onsite at our Campinas office (hybrid model).
