Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the co-founder and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
Conduct extensive research and sourcing to identify potential candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
Manage the interview process end-to-end, advising on structure, assessment, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a consistent flow of talent.
Utilize data-driven metrics to track sourcing success and continuously improve the hiring process.
Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to ensure best practices are implemented.
Requirements
Proven track record recruiting for high-performance, high-growth teams (5+ years).
Experience hiring across Technology functions (Engineering, Product, Design, etc.) in multiple countries.
A strong drive for excellence and a continuous improvement mindset
A passion for finding and attracting exceptional candidates
Excellent interpersonal, consultative and communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Strong time management and organisational abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
