Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the co-founder and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
- Conduct extensive research and sourcing to identify potential candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Manage the interview process end-to-end, advising on structure, assessment, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a consistent flow of talent.
- Utilize data-driven metrics to track sourcing success and continuously improve the hiring process.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to ensure best practices are implemented.
Requirements
- Proven track record recruiting for high-performance, high-growth teams (5+ years).
- Experience hiring across Technology functions (Engineering, Product, Design, etc.) in multiple countries.
- A strong drive for excellence and a continuous improvement mindset
- A passion for finding and attracting exceptional candidates
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative and communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
