Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of recruiters.
Drive the execution of effective talent acquisition strategies.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies for assigned business lines.
Assess team performance against key metrics.
Leverage data, analytics, and reporting tools to track recruiting metrics.
Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes.
Manage the recruiting budget for assigned business lines.
Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable laws and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
6 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
2 years of experience leading others either formally or informally.
Proven ability to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
Strong understanding of talent market trends, recruiting standard processes, and employment laws.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.
