Responsibilities
Play a pivotal role in finding the people who are crucial to our success.
Act as an individual contributor on the front line of talent pipelining.
Work closely with the hiring leaders to develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit roles across all skill levels.
Set, track, and follow-up on all candidates.
Focus on efficient, timely follow up of sourced leads to ensure the highest success rate in setting up interviews.
Determine the type of employment and company experience the candidate is seeking and respond accordingly.
Develop professional relationships with candidates to identify their goals and ambitions.
Create and build positive relationships with hiring managers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience in a professional or high-volume environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed for candidate outreach and talent pipeline development.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
